Aliah Berman, Global Inclusion & Impact Officer

Aliah leads GMR’s Inclusion & Impact department, guiding strategy at the intersection of culture, inclusion and sustainability. She advises executive leadership, shapes enterprise priorities, and lights fires where fires need to be lit.

Executive Inclusion & Impact Council

Our council ensures that Inclusion & Impact initiatives get prioritized and resourced, and holds all leaders accountable—including each other. The council includes our President & CEO, Chief Inclusion & Impact Officer, and nine additional executives across our organization.
