Aliah provides strategic and organizational guidance across all agency I&I initiatives, counsels executive leadership on critical cultural issues, and lights fires where fires need to be lit.

Executive Inclusion & Impact Council

Our council ensures that inclusion, innovation and impact initiatives get prioritized and resourced, and holds all leaders accountable—including each other. The council includes our CEO, President, Chief Inclusion & Impact Officer, and nine additional executives across our organization.
