2017 Top Workplaces

GMR’s global headquarters recognized

We are excited to announce that GMR’s global headquarters has won a 2017 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces Award. Based entirely on anonymous employee feedback, the award focuses on organizational health and company culture.

"Congratulations to our team here in Milwaukee on being named a 2017 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel," said GMR's CEO Cameron Parsons. "It’s humbling and exciting to see this recognition roll in, and I couldn’t be prouder of our teams here and in every location for making this company what it is every day."

Survey results showed GMR employees to be a highly-engaged workforce that values opportunities for professional growth and career development within the agency. Top word describing our culture: “fun.”

Here’s what a few of our team members had to say about working at GMR:

“GMR does an amazing job of caring for its employees, and goes out of its way to make sure we have what we need.”

“The atmosphere is really positive and respectful. There is a constant concern from our senior leadership to keep us informed.”

“This is truly a strong team environment from the CEO down to entry level personnel.”

“I am very proud to work here and I am excited and optimistic about the future of this agency and the role I will play in its success!”

We believe that our people are our most valuable resource, and our commitment to culture reflects that in all of our offices, from Milwaukee to Sao Paulo, from San Francisco to Charlotte—where we’ve also been named a Top Workplace for the past three years.
