Announcing Tyson Webber, EVP Client Management

Tyson Webber, formerly a Senior Vice President with GMR, has been named the agency’s Executive Vice President of Client Management. His deep experience across both client management and business development make him uniquely qualified to fill the position.

The appointment will bring Tyson and his family from GMR’s Charlotte, NC, office to our global headquarters in New Berlin, WI. In his new role, he will work closely with core agency leadership to continue sharpening GMR’s global service offering. His core responsibilities will include overseeing growth and collaboration among GMR’s client management team and fostering the continued delivery of world-class marketing solutions to clients around the world.

“Tyson has played a critical role in building GMR’s reputation as a top global partner for brands,” said Gary Reynolds, GMR Marketing’s Chairman and CEO. “We’re looking forward to seeing his expertise, leadership and dedication continue to forge innovative marketing solutions for brands everywhere.”

Beyond leading GMR’s client relations, he will work closely with GMR’s global team of experts in strategy, consulting, digital services, events, promotions, field staffing, sponsorship activation and corporate hospitality. His work will help to further the explosive growth of GMR’s digital and creative departments.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled about taking on this new role,” said Tyson. “I’ve been with GMR for more than a decade, and in that time I’ve seen the agency evolve into a global marketing powerhouse. I look forward to helping GMR continue on that trajectory, and providing clients with top-notch global solutions along the way.”

Tyson Webber joined GMR in December 2002 and has been a driving force behind the agency’s work with clients like Lowe’s and Humana. Prior to joining GMR, he worked with the Collegiate Licensing Company in Atlanta, GA and received his MBA and Master’s of Sports Management from The University of Georgia. He will report to agency President, Craig Connelly.
