Jane Uy-Ramos joins GMR as Vice President of Talent Development

Jane Uy-Ramos has joined GMR Marketing as the agency’s new Vice President of Talent Development. Uy-Ramos will lead the team charged with crafting the agency’s vision and strategy for developing its StoryMakers (employees), focusing on creating a workplace experience born of humanity.


“Jane is a unique leader with the type of global expertise required to understand and serve our diverse group of StoryMakers,” said Candra Reid-Marshall, GMR’s Chief Talent Officer. “She and her team are going to continue reimagining how we shape, guide, and fuel the talented individuals that make up our collective agency.”


Uy-Ramos is a proven global talent development and operations leader who has implemented key strategies to recruit, educate, and redesign organizations to drive a high-performance culture. She brings 18 years of experience in leadership development, learning development, talent management, and organizational design and effectiveness to GMR. Uy-Ramos comes to GMR after nearly three years at Genesis Healthcare Incorporated, where she served as the U.S. Head of Talent & Capability.


When asked why she chose to expand her skillset at a global experience marketing agency, Uy-Ramos shared that “after learning about GMR’s DEI embedded culture and industry-leading work, I knew it would be a rewarding experience to take on this opportunity. I could easily envision myself pushing the boundaries to develop StoryMakers and create unforgettable memories at the agency. I am excited to enhance StoryMaker skillsets by increasing the effectiveness of our training program under the agency’s whole-person development umbrella.”


Jane holds a master’s degree in Organization Leadership and Learning from George Washington University and is SHRM-SCP certified.
